policy making process. It is through that whereby majority of the people’s behaviors have been
modeled for the purposes ensuring that they carry out different tasks accordingly therefore
reducing the possible risks which might bring about their downfall.

On the other hand, this article have made it clear that the information technology has played

levels in which the issues experienced are addressed through quality evaluation. The issues are
addressed through aggregation and verisimilitude therefore ensuring that the behaviors of the
people are modeled for the purposes of coming up with effective policies.

This article has explained that the information technology help in elucidating the challenges

modeling of the behaviors is carried out, the accountability of the employees in an organization is
experienced therefore making it easy for them to carry out their policy making operations in the
best way possible. The modeling of the employees’ behaviors helps in ensuring that their confidence
is build hence ensuring that the goals and the objectives of the organization are achieved within the
stipulated time.
