1 The Presentation of Enterprise of Works System Software
Goals
If the project achieves the below listed goals, then it is evident that the tasks which the system is meant to execute will all remain a success. The goals include;
Operational goals: subdivision of the original work
Entire staff training goals: Training to commence after system testing and implementation
Strategy based goals: the strategy of rolling out the system will be within six months.
Performance based goals: Will entail the operation ability of the implemented system
Individual goals: involves supporting teamwork to gain positive impacts from the employees.
2 As we have hope to accomplish the roll out of this new software I would like to touch on Operational, Training, strategy, performance and personal. The Operational process will be the initial break down of the different departments understanding the security and privacy of the information that will be obtain and understanding the process that will occur over the next 6 months.
The training and IT development team will work diligently with the company so that the transition will be as smooth as possible. The strategy has already began with the testing of the system with the IT department. We have starting the input of the training and IT development team to have access of the issues that could occur during the initial setup but those issues are resolved.

The four main crucial stakeholders include premiers, ICT ministry heads, IT operations committee and consumers.
Premiers:
They are the top managers, thus can formulate policy to govern system utilization.

2 The President’s which is top management their values are extremely important when developing in-depth plans and designing different phases of the software system. Even developing new ideas for functions and skills that will help the economic benefits of the company that will satisfy customers. The next holders would be the directors and division managers are here to implement the objective, goals and learning of team experiences for the staff so that the quality requirements while have the staff be reliable for learning the new system.

2 IT operating committee it is very important with making sure that we complete this software project on time with the budget set. As well as implementing the software systems working security and technical challenges that we may face we rolling out this new system. The IT department Is an asset for the training to the staff and the first point of contact if there is an issues with the software system. The employees are our first point of contact with the customer and they must provide them with satisfying service while completed the service accurate and establishing goals that will help the standards of the performance of all staff.

2 The benefits of an acquisition strategy is to have a concept exploration phase where the feasibility of alternative concepts are evaluated which is determined with an solution some may have a promising turn around. This program software may have risk reductions in some of the phases of the transition that are critical when analyzing a solution development. After things are finalized the manufacturing and production process will integrate a test system. As well as produce and installed into a target environment and operated strategy.

System software: This involves the simplification of application programs
2 Some of the resources that are needed are system software, application software and operating system software. The purpose of the system software is to basically manage the program resources that oversees the database management and networking software utilities. As we simplify the direct performance of an application of the computers that meet the needed information processed of users. The operating partials of the system is most important part of the systems function it runs the control system of the technical department the has control of the personal computers of the company to assist with any maintenance.

Using techniques that keeps private information secure and ongoing scanning of the operating systems to make sure that no vulnerability is found during the network traffic that are generated. Manage firewalls will be set to secure the privacy of the companies needs.
