Introduction Types of disasters exhibit variance as well as their magnitude not forgetting that they are very unpredictable.

The point of coming up with a disaster recovery plan is very important other than going back to the starting point in

occurrences which a disaster strikes. If a disaster strikes an organization, it is obvious that the effects would be heavy, which

would lead to loss of revenue. In an attempt to reduce the losses brought about by these disasters, it is therefore very

significant to come up with a worthy disaster recovery plan in all business operations.

These disasters which strike businesses have not only one cause but several which also vary from one another. The affects or

the harm caused by the disasters is also different. Causes of these disasters my include natural, human and also mechanical

which may involve softwares and hardware components in addition to more universal known occurrences, for example, fire,

floods, and earthquakes. 3 DISASTER MAY CAUSE FATAL DAMAGE TO BUSINESS OR MAY INTERRUPT

WHENEVER A DISASTER OCCURS, THE NORMAL OPERATION OF AN ORGANIZATION IS SUSPENDED

AND REPLACED BY DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN PROCEDURES IMPLIED. BELOW IS THE FIGURE

THAT SHOWS THE STAGES CYCLE WHICH TAKES YOU BACK TO THE NORMAL STATE FROM A STATE

OF DISASTER.

Assessment and determination of threats and disaster risks Conducting a risk assessment tin order to determine threats

which covers the continuity of the business is the first thing that should be done while coming up with a recovery. 3 THE

PROCESS BY WHICH WE ANALYZE AVAILABLE PHYSICAL SECURITY AS WELL AS THE

IMPORTANT AS BILLING IS, SO BILLING OPERATION MUST HAVE HIGH PRIORITY CONCERNING

CRM. RISK ATTRIBUTES ARE SHOWN IN THE FOLLOWING FIGURE:

RISK CAN BE ANALYZED BY THE ABOVE-MENTIONED ATTRIBUTES. RISK CAN AFFECT THE

BUSINESS CONCERNING THE TIME AND SCOPE OF THE BUSINESS. WHILE ANALYZING THE RISK,

WE HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND THE ABOVE ATTRIBUTES SO THAT RISK MUST BE AVOIDED. DRM IS A

THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF DR PLAN ARE:

Conclusion There are very important points which should be taken into consideration by organizations which are organized

for the aforementioned disaster recovery.
