This will be of most significance in both the business perspective, human resources and business strategies that work in harmony and aligned with one another.

Furthermore, together as manager for strategies of business and the human resource I would work and meet with all members of the staff from all perspective so as to wholly and correctly document all pertaining information to the stated strategy plan above since both of this item within the grand design of things are required, important and tools for businesses.

Some of the negative aspects or rather disadvantages to this type of position are that some individuals may not like the interaction and this might need some interventions like interpersonal skills of communication training and the whole group in general (Inkson, Dries & Arnold, 2014).
