Serving within a positional level of management comes up with its disadvantages that include the truth that people have a preference for routine envisaged; The company may require to pay more money to people working in this positions on the basis of their skills getting involved now and then; people might get bored as it might be hard for some jobs to be enriched; and not everyone would like to have a rotation of duty or job positions (Rohmert, 2017).
The position duty for the human resources assistant makes me feel as of most significance due to the following kind of benefits: to begin with, it provides social interaction to with other variety of personnel working in the organization, cooperation or agency; smoothens the progress of social support at the same time minimizing the number of days missed from work and absence of employees. Having said all this, the important purpose of admiration in this approach is the reality that you rely ahead on personnel team rather than one person to get the job done and I really take a pleasure working in a team environment since the success is achieved together by everyone as a unit and this is something of value to me. Some of the negative aspects or rather disadvantages to this type of position are that some individuals may not like the interaction and this might need some interventions like interpersonal skills of communication training and the whole group in general (Inkson, Dries & Arnold, 2014).
