The Cold War:

From the video “Why We Fight” we can clearly conclude that America has been influencing wars as a way of protecting satisfying one of their own interest. Therefore, the authors who are responsible in writing some of these history books should try to stop this crucial information since it is crystal clear that America has been engineering wars. By so doing, future generations will be able to have right information pertaining world wars that have been occurring, thus there will be minimal chances of these wars occurring in the future. From the video, it is clear that the American government normally uses propaganda in order to gain support from other individuals in the country as well as the rest of the world. Using this support, the American government is able exercise its military in other countries with an aim of ensuring that it always remains at the top of the world as a dominant military power.

From the above information, we can say that there is no need of parents as well as the teachers blaming their students for not having interest in the history of the things which happened long ago. Instead, teachers and parents should blame the authors who wrote the history books since the books are dull. Only a little research is done by the authors thus writing dull information, which can mislead other people. Furthermore, from the video we can conclude that most of the authors are biased and have just little information pertaining history. Even more than that, we can conclude that these authors are not ready to take responsibility to correct the information in these history books as the publishers of these books are biased since they are very aware of the information that is missing in the history books. Furthermore, from the book “Watching Big Brother” we can conclude that there are some lies which are written by authors and most people can take the lies to be true.
