Consider that you are a member of a work team but feel that you are carrying a much heavier workload than another team member. You also feel that other team members are not invested in the team initiative, as they show up late to meetings, if they show up at all. Last week, a different team member also criticized you in a disrespectful manner in front of the rest of the team. Your team leader is completely unaware of all of these issues.
