Overview

Stakeholder support is crical for the success of short-term volunteer aid trips. Working responsibly and effecvely with host staff is parcularly important, but there are other potenal

stakeholders to consider. These stakeholders might be from other not-for-profits, NGOs, philanthropists, academic instuons, government agencies, lobbyists, or other interested

groups. Invesgang potenal stakeholder support is a crical step in developing humanitarian aid intervenons. It allows you to answer the quesons: Who will implement the

intervenon strategies? How will you leverage and strengthen exisng community resources? Who will ensure accountability and measure success?

You should cite at least three sources from your own invesgaon, which may include scholarly and non-scholarly sources. The evidence should not be older than five years. To access

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

1. Implementers: Idenfy a list of at least two to four stakeholders or stakeholder groups that could serve as potenal implementers for your humanitarian aid trip. For each person

2. Decision Makers: Idenfy a list of at least two to four stakeholders or stakeholder groups that could serve as potenal decision makers for your humanitarian aid trip. For each

person or group, provide a brief descripon and indicate why you believe they are appropriate for this task based on their mission and capabilies.

3. Parcipants: Idenfy a list of at least two to four stakeholders or stakeholder groups that could serve as potenal parcipants for your humanitarian aid trip. For each person or

group, provide a brief descripon and indicate why you believe they are appropriate for this task based on their mission and capabilies.

4. Partners: Idenfy a list of at least two to four stakeholders or stakeholder groups that could serve as potenal partners for your humanitarian aid trip. For each person or group,
