Analyze your data collection process. Which existing sources inform your program? What additional or new data sources did you tap for your
evaluation? Why did you select these sources to inform your evaluation? What other information would help explain your process?
Summarize and display your data in a standard and meaningful manner. 1. Create both numerical and graphic representations of the data collected. 2. Merge the program data collected, illustrating the planned versus actual results with appropriate presentation graphics.
Rubric Guidelines for Submission: Your paper must be submitted as a Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins.
