This rubric will be used to evaluate written communication in the final capstone project in an ESD specialized master’s program.
Competency in written communication is defined as the development and expression of ideas in writing. Written communication involves learning to work in many genres and styles. It can involve working with many different writing technologies, and mixing text, data and images. Written communication abilities develop primarily through iterative experiences across the curriculum.
