Write business memo on incorporating how Netflix can modify their business structures

This should only be notes taking down on how you will get started before you write a final paper. Should be 2 to 3 pages.

This week you are encouraged to continue setting up your presentation in PowerPoint. You should complete a title slide and 1–2 slides with your preliminary recommendations for your organization, as they relate to this week’s learning.

Writing is clear, logical, well-organized and appropriate. Work is free from spelling and grammar/syntax errors. Tone is professional and free from bias (i.e., sexism, racism). There are no errors.

1. Student thoroughly and critically evaluates the current organizational structure(s) and based on his/her assessment, presents a rational set of ideas and recommendations about how the organization should modify those structures to be more efficient and effective and enable the organization to better use its information and information systems for decision making; or makes a compelling case that change is not needed at this time.

2. Student thoroughly and critically evaluates ways the organization uses, promotes, and implements processes to support decision making within the current organizational structure(s). Student provides a few specific examples to support his/her case. Student uses his/her analysis and assessment to suggest or recommend alternative approaches the organization could use to improve decision support using technology and information systems.

3. Student presents robust and detailed analysis of other relevant recommendations or issues that became apparent during his/her exploration of the content for the week and includes his/her assessment of why they are important and how they could benefit the organization. If the student has no additional recommendations beyond those that fit within Element 2, he/she clearly states that is the case and explains why.
