The critical way to measure patient experience is to see if patient-centered is by surveying people who have had contact with the health care system (Browne, Roseman, Shaller, and Edgman-Levitan, 2010).
Good patient experience shows that it can lower medical malpractice risk. Putting efforts to improve patient experience could result in higher employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. It is essential to improve patient and family experience because it helps improve the work process and systems that enable physicians and staff to provide more effective care. Patients will change providers based on their experience. In conclusion, health care organization take care of their patients, family, and communities. The goal is to provide the best experience to everyone. Offering the best quality care will make patients come back to the organization and recommend the company to their friends and family.
