Complete all components of the project described in  American Romanticism Project Instructions

For the culminating project of this unit, you will create a presentation designed to teach a middle school student about American Romanticism, Transcendentalism, and Dark Romanticism. So gather together any notes you have taken, the Characteristics of Romanticism Charts you completed during the Fireside Poets lesson, and the Compare and Contrast Chart you filled in during the Transcendentalism lesson. You're ready to do this!

Use the program of your choice to create this presentation.

Remember

1. Use MLA format.

2. You will include several slides:

A. a cover slide 

I. your name, teacher’s name, the assignment, class, and date.

B. 1-2 slides dedicated to describing Romanticism in your own words

C. 1-2 slides with examples of Romanticism from at least two different writers from the unit

D. 1-2 slides dedicated to describing Transcendentalism in your own words

E. 1-2 slides with examples of Transcendentalism from at least two different writers from the unit.

F.  1-2 slides dedicated to describing Dark Romanticism in your own words

G. Works Cited slide in MLA format

3. Remember to be creative! Use transitions, different slide designs, etc. to make your slideshow original.
