NEGOTIATION
1. Perform three rounds of negotiations. The buyer decides at the end of round 3. In other words, you start with one negotiation strategy, but the buyer rejects your offer. You use a second strategy and get rejected. You, then, use a third negotiation strategy, and the buyer says yes.
2. The choice of the selling object is up to you.
3. Write down a script for the interactions between the buyer and the seller. The scenario should be two pages long (double-spaced, 12 font).
