Iona is responsible for manufacturing the lines you order, and she is always looking for ways to increase throughput. In her spare time, Iona works as a cat show judge, and her claim to fame is that she has been featured in Cat Fancy Magazine.

Stall Brick has been in manufacturing quality for many years, and recently became a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is our resident expert on quality, as well as being focused on productivity initiatives aimed at taking cost out of a process. Stall Brick has been with Hisco from the start, and wants to make sure Hisco has the best quality product on the market. He is very good at his job, and may be hard to get a hold of, since he is always fixing problems that arise in the factory. Stall Brick has been known to use a laser level to ensure all the pictures on the walls in the offices are straight.

Charlie works for Hamada, the supplier of the pick-up cells, as the main US Sales Rep. He had a good relationship with the prior Hisco management team. Charlie’s boss, Mr. Hamada, runs the company with an iron fist. As your sales rep, Charlie works hard to ensure he delivers what you need, when you need it. Charlie hoped to retire last year, but Mr. Hamada keeps convincing him to stay just a little longer.

Ms. Buy It is the Purchasing Manager at the hospital. She has the final say in which products get purchased, although she is under tremendous pressure from hospital administration to cut costs. She knows what factors are important when buying from Hisco. Ms. Buy It is so focused on saving money, she considers herself an “extreme couponer”, and will never pay full price for anything.

Mr. Fix It loves developing new products. He works diligently on any project he is involved in, and the R&D lab is like his home away from home. Mr. Fix It is a model train aficionado, and in fact, his collection is so large, he has a table in the lab set up with several models on it. You know Mr. Fix It by the conductor’s hat he sometimes wears in the lab.
