An operational excellence course equips one with the ability to effectively run workloads and support development, acquire insights in their operations, and constantly improve supporting procedures and processes in delivering the value of the business. The course also the design principles, questions, and best practices. This is a beneficial course for Linux and AWS administrators. The course enables the individuals to integrate, deploy, and deliver the workload in an organization, which increases the flow of essential changes in production through the automation of repetitive processes. An organization must understand the risks that may arise from the operation of workloads in order to make accurate decisions to enter production. This will only be successful when the Linux and AWS administrator in the organization has those skills (Chandrasekar, 2016).

An operational excellence course will also equip Linux and AWS administrators with the required best practice in performing their duties. This will also facilitate them in educating the rest of the employees on how their choices have an impact on the organization’s workload. The course will also enable the individuals with Linux and AWS administration jobs to appropriately design an organization's workload, which enables an organization to understand its internal state in all components. This will also enable the organization to monitor the health of their workload and determine when outcomes are at risk and ensure an effective response to the risks. This will ensure that the organization is successful in its operations and their customer outcomes are positive. The course is an additional skill to the Linux and AWS administrators, which will certainly help them in their duties (Srinivasa et al., 2017).
