My objective is to gain more experience as a Registered Nurse and continue to grow professionally by working at your facility. By gaining experience in this institution, I plan on growing as a professional for the many years to come, I plan on using my good qualities such as perseverance, quickness, versatility, open communication, dedication, organization, consistency, reliability, and passion for nursing. I look forward to incorporating my positive qualities to the team and helping achieve the necessary goals that the hospital sets out for me and my colleagues.
