The business problems are the main research area in today’s research because without business the economic growth of any country or region gets stopped. So there is a need to work on it and come up with a solution. Sun-coast is suffering from many business problems. Sun-coast is the region of Florida where people have many business problems and looking for the solution. The area of sun-coast has the problem of homelessness. There is a need for housing solution over there.
The state of Florida is ranked as the number one country in homeless families. The homeless have been increase by 36% from 2007 to 2014. In fact, today's homeless people account for 30% of the homeless and homeless. The increase contributes to the fact that the number of permanent homes for support has decreased by 20% during this period. On the positive side, the total percentage of homes supported for chronic housing increased from 28% to 58% (McDonald, 2014).
The number of strategies can resolve this issue. Harness new units developed by SSVF veterans / RRH and HUD-VASH. Currently, 283 units in PSH operations, 144 (51%) are joined by homeless veterans by HUD-Veterans Affairs (HUD-VASH). Over the next five years to support 50 new funds through HUD-VASH, Virginia, the overall distribution of HUD-VASH 194 dogs is increasing (Brose, 2014).
Use the support provided by 40 permanent homes and veteran services. If Virginia passes a new fund, which will increase by $ 100 over the next five years, will receive a total of $ 140 instead of temporary or permanent subsidy (Shinn, 2012).
New facilities can be created through purchasing and rebuilding and building a decent home. The strategy is to use current public capital flows for historical development through local funds and other investment strategies to meet the new private equity priorities. The strategy also requires cooperation with local, capable businessmen who can work in the service organization to respond when annually announces housing finance.
The Partnership Action Plan, which focuses on the Housing for Home Housing (Home), is a priority for $ 25,000 for a long-term, affordable 25-dollar housing development over the next five years. Provide millions of dollars. This foundation has recently been used to improve the public housing administration capitals and ways of forming a major road (Shinn G. A., 2015).
Over the next five years, an annual $ 2 million low-income housing tax will give priority to 100 housing conditions for affordable housing with other private investment funds and 50 rooms. $ 144,000 for unattended persons. Over the next five years, $ 250,000 will be awarded by the State Bank of the Federal Republic of Germany and a combination of 50 private homes and 50 affordable properties, and 25 will be used for long-term housing. It has to be determined. This unit is $ 60,000 (Barwin, 2015).
The Creative Housing Solution (CHS) proposes a strategic plan to provide at least 450 permanent residences for permanent residents. All resources in the program provide access to more than 2800 affordable housing at CSC. The use of public and private resources for multi-year income and flows with more income for at least five years, the reintegration of mixed citizens into the community creates 30%, 50% and 60% of the average family income for affordable housing protects (Cho, 2014).
