Build a checklist of questions that you as a CPA would have to start the Risk Management Function conversation with your client.

Be sure to include at a minimum of 10 questions.  See the RMP and AICPA information to help you draft your questions.

Submit a WORD Document which will contain at a minimum 10 fully detailed questions you would ask your client to start the Risk Management Discussion with your client.
