Research has found out most individuals can determine if a person is rich only by looking at their face (Bjornsdottir & Rule, 2017).

somebody's race
somebody's sex
somebody's age

Conclusion
I do consider it is true face only can present clues to somebody's social class and feelings such as happiness.
Also, it is not only by clothes, comportment, watches, way of speech that can give hint to person economic status.
