Good morning everyone,

From the many co-workers I have had the privilege to work with, the three below are the personalities that stood out to me.

The Beaver

Having the traits of energetic, playful, and adaptive, allowed for the workplace to never be dull. The energy given made for better results on assignments and projects. The playfulness allowed for a better environment if down time was permitted. And being adaptive helped with decision making processes and finding solutions to problems that arose.

The Narwhal

The narwhal personality traits consist of being imaginative, idealist and compassionate. This co-worker had a creative mind and spirit like no other. They always shared new ideas to the group that made sense and improved our company. This person always pushed us to be the best and gave us recognition when prompted. This coworker always stressed the importance of family time.

The Elephant

The elephant personality traits consist of being reliable, loyal and principled. Being in the army most of my co-workers fit into this personality trait. My co-worker always showed up to work ready and willing to accomplish the day’s task. The loyalty of this co-worker is unmatched as they never left my side. The principled side of them made me stay in line with the army values and military bearing.

My co-workers would say my animal to be the octopus. They would say this because of my strategic planning and perceptive nature at work. I also use my intelligence on some topics but reserve it mostly because of my introverted personality. I have learned to get out of my shell thanks to friends and have recently began displaying that side of myself to other openly.

As for the personality tests in module 1, I feel they all aligned with me perfectly. I have grown a lot in the last 5 years and attribute that growth to the Army.
