The suggestions I would just make is perhaps getting more info on what the goal was originally from privatizing the water. Also, the voter turn outs in that area pr Bolivia. Plus, is Cochabamba being properly represented when decisions on water are being made? just more details on that, but overall it was a really well written essay!
