Angela per previous feedback, consider being more explicit with project Scope; reconsider that project Scope purpose is to take project Charter end confirm that project details, cost and start and end dates are feasible. Plus reviewing Key milestones as well as further identifying project stakeholders. Thus, we should take project Charter and expand based on project Charter revision—re-write Charter, thus details should be more explicit.
4. Regarding Milestones, reconsider further identifying milestones; on Word page # 6 find a WBS example from where you can extrapolate appropriate milestones—use as an example to identify and create a comprehensive WBS as well.
