Self-assessment test includes these 5 tests that you have to include in the assessment

With all covid 19 situation I did the first two assessment and I have attached my results

So your are going to write Description, Results , and Summary for the DAT, and SDS tests.

I also have attached an example that you can follow just to see how it should be, so we are doing the same tests as the example , it is just not the same results because it is not same person it is just an example that you can follow to understand the tests and also how the home work should be.

And for the 3rd,4th,fifth tests you are just going to write a description for them because I didn’t do the test but it is required to at least write about these test ( description)

The information that you are also going to maybe need is that am studying rehabilitation services and want to study counseling for my master degree.

I am international student and English is my second language.
