You have a good start on the paper but there are a couple of areas that need to be improved. Firstly, you have some good literature but you need more to make your discussion of the literature more robust and insightful. You are overusing the Villanova reference which you would be fixed with more references. You also need to work on the flow of the paper because you have some good points but its hard to follow. Make sure there is a smooth progression of ideas, analysis and findings througout the paper. Try reading it out loud because if it doesnt sound good then it probably wont read well either. You also tend to be repetitive. Several times you talk about the importance of business strategy and projects, which is true, but repeating this idea uses up your word count without adding anything new.
