Emotional intelligence helps in understanding the different processes and ways of relating with one another. It also helps in identifying the different processes to help people and how to effectively support one another. My emotional intelligence is at 97 and this is important to define my emotional understanding such as self-awareness and management. Through emotional intelligence I learnt about the importance of personal competence in developing and improving relations. Competence stems from understanding and distribution of personal growth and its importance to assist in overall creations of social awareness. My personal competency was at 99. It is an assessment which helps to communicate about what degree as an individual I could gain.
My social awareness based on the assessment was also at 95 and this helped in providing for the social circles and ways to associate with one another. There is also need to implement the social awareness as a way of understanding personal perspectives. The model and means of presenting emotional competency is to promote and improve conservation of values, needs and processes in the overall development.
There is also the need of focusing, improving and managing the necessary processes such as focusing on role, improving on relations such as managing and keeping essential feedback and preservation of commonality through self-management. My self-management score was at 100. Through the assessments one learns about the critical processes, essential means of preservation and improving different alternatives such as performance by developing social competency. My social competency was at 96.
Finally, there is the need of improving my self-awareness not only to my friends but also to all social relationships and management. My score for social-awareness was at 97 and following my relationship management at 97. Although impressive I need to work on handling different challenges from social issues in my life.
