· Rationale: Specify the different activities and how to plan to include children and Families of diverse cultures inside the classroom.

1. Area of Expertise: Appropriate Accommodations and Modifications teachers use to include children with Special needs

· Artifact: I will create an Integrated Lesson plan of 4 specific areas in the classrooms to assist and accommodate children with special needs.

· Rationale: Give a brief description and overview of teachers not knowing how to include children with special needs in activities inside the classroom. Give a breakdown of Modifications and accommodations to assist.

· The references and resources used to create the lesson will be included at the end of the document.

· Artifact: Briefly describe due to the Covid19 in 3 newsletters how parents continue to assist and work with their children at home in the following areas Math, Language/Literacy and or Fine motor skills.

· Rationale: Provide a detailed description of how important Language and literacy is inside, outside the classroom and or at home.
