Q1. Should the firm focus on acquiring new business clients OR new individual customers (or both)? Explain your answer by providing support from your CLV analysis. Answer: Although business customers generate more revenue, I think the firm should aquire both business and individual customers to diversify. Individual customers are still supplying a profit margin.
