If, I’m the professional in charge of security for an organization and if a user believes they have the right to decide whether to participate in security measures then, as a in charge of security I will make them understand that, most system problems are the result of human mistake. By instituting security procedures, the organization protects not only the system and its information, but also each user who could at some point unintentionally damage a valued file. By knowing that "their" information is maintained in a secure fashion, employees will feel more comfortable and confident about their computing activities. The major concern about password systems is not their technical integrity, but the degree to which they rely upon proper implementation by users. While there are certainly more expensive and even effective ways of restricting user access, if risk analysis determines that a password system meets organizational needs and is most cost-effective, you can feel confident about password protection as long as users are implementing the system properly. Launching security procedures also benefits users in many forms like, helping them to protect their own files, reducing the likelihood of their improperly releasing confidential data, educating them about what is and is not considered to be appropriate behavior. This kind of incentive would encourage the user to participate.
Access control is a fundamental component of security compliance programs that ensures security technology and access control policies are in place to protect confidential information, such as customer data. To secure a facility, organizations use electronic access control systems that rely on user credentials, access card readers, auditing and reports to track employee access to restricted business locations and proprietary areas, such as data centers. Some of these systems incorporate access control panels to restrict entry to rooms and buildings, as well as alarms and lockdown capabilities, to prevent unauthorized access or operations. When a user is added to an access management system, system administrators use an automated provisioning system to set up permissions based on access control frameworks, job responsibilities and workflows. To ensure data security, organizations must verify individual identities because the assets they use are more transient and distributed. The asset itself says less about the individual user than it used to.

Resistance Behaviour
Resistance behavior can be defined as a change in behavior that good parliament's a population for avoiding or to overcome the management tactics. The behavior is important to include different kinds of movements in maturity stages this could also create an adult dispersal. The resistance behavior could lead to different issues this has not been a traditional investigation, but it is sufficient of study that could read the population genetics and its evolution with behavior in a resistant way. Some of the people who could see that security is a kind of an obstacle or a kind of a nuisance will be abiding by security policies (Beavan et al., 2020).
The resistance behavior towards the security and the security breach for different consequences in an organization. There isn't a trigger towards the negative attitude for any security that is being provided in general this is because the users may have some controls like the fingerprint scanner and other security accessing points which are sometimes miss felt like a negative attitude instead of thinking that there is security. Sometimes there is an order thinking that could lead a mistrust over the security controls which may also lead to overriding the security controls. There should be one clearance that every individual should think about in a way that the security could provide a better scope for not loss in data and other personal information. Much of this resistance behavior has led them to think in a way that the security controls are controlling them from doing what I like to do (Jester et al., 2019).
Virginia tech has been included different kinds of services and supports in their technology that could create a family and customer science for understanding. The different behavior and how that they could impact their working atmosphere. The resistance behavior over this kind of thing has brought conflict in various analyses and issues have been developed in an organization and lead to some failure for the organization. The resistance behavior also created a risk in the fall of an organization from reaching its goals and objectives. The security control is just to safeguard the user data at the user profile but it's not for restricting the user control they should be understood by all the users (Toh et al., 2020).
