Correlation of Theories

System theory is a social work theory that utilizes complex classifications to explore behavior patterns and human experiences.  This theory is developed on the concept that an effectual system is based on person needs, rewards, prospect, and characteristic of the people living in the arrangement.  The theory provides the combinations of these aspects are the key determinant to certain behavioral or characteristic portrayed by an individual (Cameron & Keenan, 2010).  The theory provides that these external stimuli are the cause and some are the factors that can resolve or intervene for the problem. In regards to this approach, families, couples, and organization members are straightforwardly involved in resolving a crisis even if it is an individual issue (Robbins, Chatterjee & Canda, 2012).

The system theory is developed by the correlation of various components from the society, personal and the mode of the system itself in order to be effective in the intervention (Robbins, Chatterjee & Canda, 2012). On the other hand, the theory is correlated and related to other theories in the social work group in the sense that it need further clarification or information from the behavioral, social learning and transpersonal in order to develop an effective and comprehensive intervention for the given patient. The social worker dealing utilizing the system theory will need to be conversant with various integrative theories in order to clearly understand the customer and develop effective intervention (Cameron & Keenan, 2010).
