Introduction: retrospective Inventory
I am among the age group that was born between 1980 and 2000. I consider my self as a generation Y or a millennial and throughout my life I have experiences event that involves great satisfaction.
Some of these event include moving from rural to urban at the age of 10 years, circumcision, getting my national identification card at the age of 18 years, my first online paying jobs at the age of 20 years and advancing my education at different stage in my life.
All these event has allowed me to develop and increase my skill in my profession.
On the other hand I have also experience several event that involves great dissatisfaction such as high cost of education, 2007-2008 financial crisis and the age of 10, terrorism, social distrust, been a victim of Facebook data breach when I was 22year old and unemployment at the age of 19 years.

To understand who I am and review my philosophy
My life based-events and experiences

| 3. Getting my national identification card | It is the best transition to become an independent young adult |
| 4. Learning about the internet and social media | This later become the best source for self taught computer skills . |
| 5. Getting my first online paying job | It was the first source of my highest income |
| 7. Evolution of education and increase in level of literacy | I learned the need to become competent in my future career field. |
| 8. Political evolution | This experience increase my general awareness about the impact of political changes in my life |
| 9. Increasing awareness and protection of global environment | The experience increased my hopes for a better and healthy environment |
| 8. Advancing my education to high learning | I believe that my education is the key to my success and prosperity in the future |
| 10. Having a successful vaccine for CoVID-19 virus | The vaccine provides hope for dealing with the pandemic and bring to an end the current financial and unemployment crisis |

My philosophy
My understanding of the fundamental truth about myself is that my career mostly rely on digital technology.
I also understand that in real life the world is changing rapid leading to both positive and negative influence on the current and future life and profession
conclusion
Through this project I have learned that the environment within which an individual grows up in significantly influence how they make their decision in different aspect of life such as education, their career, lifestyle and job preference.
As a member of the millennials or generation Y group my decision is generally influenced by different technological and economic disruption that have occurred throughout my life.
