Now more than ever, Brands are seeking to impact the customer lives by offering unique experiences through retailing. But how can this be achieved amidst decreasing human interaction especially post COVID-19?

For this independent study, students need to research one of the latest marketing trends “Virtual stores” and present their findings in a well-structured report.
