Overall Comments:
A mixed performance. Unfortunately you have not met the assignment brief closely enough to score well. There were some key elements of the report that were missing, most importantly the risk register table.
Aims and Objectives:
You gave a good introduction to the company. However, you did not have a clear statement of aims/objectives. What you're included is closer to a mission statement.
Risk Threshold:
This section has very clear requirements from the assignment brief, which you didn't fully address. Before listing the risks, there should be a matrix, a risk scale and a definition of each risk level (e.g. define what it means for a risk to have a likelihood rating of 3, or a severity of 4).
Risk Identification:
This section was unfortunately quite poor. You were required to produce a risk register (table) with a thorough description of several risks and opportunities. You then had to score each risk for likelihood and severity, and an overall score. Finally, you had to describe the existing controls specific to each individual risk, and then suggest your own mitigating actions that the company could perform in the future. You only gave
a very brief and general SWOT analysis, followed by a brief description of the risk control and mitigation process listing 5 actions taken in 2015-16 which was not specific to Coca Cola and its present trading circumstances and which was Coca-Cola's own risk (rather than your own analysis and suggstions back to the company, as per the brief that you are a consultant to advise them what actions to take). Unfortunately, this is not sufficient to meet the requirements of the assessment brief.
The section on opportunities did not make clear what opportuntiies Coca Cola could take advantage of by acting on.
Your section on literature review was not required and did not meet the brief so did not contribute to your overall score.
Conclusion didn't spell any key priorities or actions for Coca Cola so did not meet the brief.
The range of references was acceptable, but the assignment lacked a sense of having been based on the up to date present day position of Coca Cola. Next time research how they have been affected by Covid and today's events.
