External Analysis The majority of models that could be used for the purpose of analysis were utilised, and there was a clear emphasis placed upon referencing to underline individual strategic developments within the business. |

There were some insights into the strategic operations of Starbucks and an emphasis on competitive advantage was clearly considered in this instance. More referencing would have been beneficial and some further coverage of the key strategic issues facing the company as it attempts to implementation its future global strategy.

A basic set of recommendations was introduced into your report but they needed to be more fully justified in this instance.
