Unsuccessful Organization Implementation Example
Unsuccessfulness. Certain firms have failed to implement the issue of holacracy and one of them is Zapooos that embraces a flat organizational structure.
Utopian structure. The other organization is the Utopian organization that does not have such a structure and mainly lies on the other structures so that it might be successful.
The other organization that has been unsuccessful in this structure is the Cake HR organization that was never successful in this structure.

Fabian Oros () - Zapooos? or Zappos? Also, you put Zappos as successul in the previous slide; how can they be unsuccessful in holacracy?
