Statement of Purpose

-The events that are going to be studied during this research are the general issues, (both positive, negative or neutral) that face international African students, both graduates and undergraduates studying at Memorial University for the first time. For international African students, there are both advantages and disadvantages of studying in Canada, at a university like Memorial.

-The opinions and views being used for this experiment are those of the international African students. Their experiences and ideas will be used as primary data because they are the ones who go through this day to day they are also the only ones that will know anything about the topic.

-The proposed study will be conducted at Memorial university, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. New undergraduate and graduate students will be sought after. If they then agree, they will be able participate in the experiment.

-The proposed study is going to be conducted this semester Fall 2020, the. first three months will be used to find and make new students take the surveys after which they will be collated towards the end of the year.

Proposed Methodology; This research will be carried out by conducting surveys. The students chosen for this experiment will all be given surveys with appropriate questions, after which they will be collected, collated and then used for the purpose of the research, as well as secondary research
