Paper  #1 will be a researched paper (10-12 double spaced pages) at the micro-level on two different academic program accrediting agencies.  You may use an institutional agency along with a programatic agency or two of either.  The agencies MUST be post-secondary accrediting agencies.  This paper is to compare and contrast the two different academic accrediting agencies.  The two accrediting agencies will be selected by the individual student.

*Avoid first person

*No running Head

     ***Remember the Chapter headings should be level 1 and spelled out i.e. Chapter One

�  This is where you present a short summary on the importance accreditation and a short summary of the results of your analysis.  (You could say, this paper comprehensively analyzes XXX and XXX accrediting institutions.  You could explain the importance of accreditation and then state the findings of the analysis demonstrate .......) This not a detailed analysis.  Think of it as a mini abstract.
