Reading your post, I must admit it was comfortable, motivating, and captivating. The article is direct, which enables me to get a clear idea of what the article covers in this section. The beginning article explains leadership as the ability of an individual to influence others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the organization. It also explains that leadership is vitally important as a cause for setting and achieving organizational goals, although the effect size of leadership on a certain key organizational outcome is small. In the article, you explain the leadership paradox as when a team desires a leader, but the leader threatens the autonomy of the team. Organizations have been portrayed as paradoxical as they imply opposing intuitional logic. You have also clearly stated that participative management style depends on the involvement of the employee in decision –making and problem-solving in the company and empowering employees as well as on supporting their high autonomy, own initiative and creativity. It is also clear that conflict in organizations is a daily occurrence because consensuses of opinion concerning rules governing the organization seldom exist among staff. You have concluded by saying that sometimes it would be good to have the conflict based on the circumstances that support the team to discuss and resolve the issue with different expertise skills.

From your article, I have learned that leadership is important as a cause for setting and achieving the goals of an organization. I have also learned that some conflict in an organization is for the benefits of the organization.
