Hello Alicia. I agree with you that termination is one of the important fields that needs to be addressed which is noted to be having abilities of evoking a person emotions of different ways based on the issue at hand. It is obviously hard for one to terminate services which mostly are very important to certain person such as for the scenario where there is much more attachments of related person where each is dependent on the other from a positive results such as the clients and the practicum students. I concur also with your arguments that workers tend to develop strong bonds during the projects, making the termination a less smooth process which cannot be destroyed as this even destroys the relationship (Baskind et al., 2019). One of the good example for this case example on the field placement activities whereby one has a guarantee that all the clients are aware that one will be leaving and leave the IOP session to another person. Communication is a key thing during termination by the stake holders with all the stakeholders on the expectations, including appreciating the time, support, and successes they have spent and achieved as a team. Your post insightfully demonstrates that despite termination being a challenging process, it is part of the process.

Hi. You have offered an excellent definition of termination as an ending of the professional or client-worker relationship. You provided a perfect example of how hospice clients can be stopped from amenities such as extended prognosis, refusal of care passing away, among others. Additionally, in most health care facilities, the patients will be terminated from amenities if they do not comply, lack adequate finances, or express their opinion and willingness to be terminated (John E & David, 2020). I would concur with your arguments that collaboration is critical preparation of clients for termination procedures which the nurses and clients should aid. You have insightfully discussed the leading causes of termination in the Valley best hospice: decreased level of participation in services and canceled appointments with the hospice nurses. I would suggest that every care facility should have adequately planned and time termination practices to avoid making announcements to the clients abruptly and smoothen the process.

Hi Xiong. I agree with you during termination in the education experience it’s a process that needs further review on the assessment of the individuals who are being terminated form the group. When it is being carried out a procedure advocates for no termination of all person at all time but rather each at a time depending on the issues at hand. The manager in charge of the meeting program is the one who should start the termination process where the various goals are the underlying key things used. The maximum period given for exiting is close to three months where before the time is over one is expected to have terminated the whole process. If the patients is done termination, a follow up is made thus able to understand the patient health even under home care basis thus helping them recover from their health related issues. The connection comes to an end when the patient has fully recovered and thus he/she doesn’t need any other program of follow up after termination has been done successfully (Niles, 2019).
