David Discussion:

This class taught me a number of things in regards to how to communicate from a leadership standpoint. Three takeaways from the course that I can see myself using in the near future are appropriately applying business ethics, how to establish team culture, and how to communicate across all cultures (Cardon, 2021). All three practices cannot only be used in a leadership role, but put into action by any type of seasoned employee. It will not only create a better working environment for you, but I believe it will increase one's chances of getting incentives by their company.

Eve Discussion:

WE MADE IT!!!!! This term has been somewhat hard for me, but I did not give up. Three things I learned in the past nine weeks, are the impacts that leadership communications have on business, how to effectively communicate, and how important the manager and employee relationships are to the success of the business. I have always knew that communication is the key; however, I had not idea about the different communication strategies and how they can be applied to success. I have actually decided to make my own blog because of this class. Communicating effectively involves active listen, which is the key to building great manager and employee relationship. One thing I will remember is that active listening also involves body language and voice of the speaker. This should be done whether you are the manager or the employee. Good luck to everyone and their future en-devours.
