This course has been enlightening and educational. I learned a lot concerning information and technology and its disciplines. I am now aware of the IT value proposition.  Moreover,  I have been enlightened on how to build a stable relationship in the business and the clients, which is one of the essential facts in the industry. Additionally, on the matter of communication, I have learned excellent communication skills. I have learned about the obstacles in the line of communication. Leadership is an essential factor in the information and technology sector; thus, this course gives clear insights on excellent leadership skills and explains how to invest in leaders.

What other topics would you have liked to have covered in this course?

The other topics which I would like to see are how to evaluate the project estimation by the leadership team and management team and how to carry out projects in case of tough situations and performance management by these.

What reading did you find most interesting and why?

The most interesting thing I have found here is about the basic difference between leadership and management which I was under the impression that they both are the same for a long time. The other important aspect here which I liked is performance management and leadership attributes.

How has this course changed your perspective or outlook moving forward?

As we move forward in the carrier this course made me think about leadership goals and milestones and made me take up some leadership roles and make me inspire the team towards the goal and make successful deliveries in my next projects.

Any other topic of interest that you would like to add.

I think this course had covered what all needed and It was perfectly balanced in the topics and assignments. If I need to choose one topic that needs to add to this course would be on the Human resource management topic in a much deeper way.

What other topics would you have liked to have covered in this course?

The different impacts of different leadership styles on decision making and incorporation of IT on decision making are some of the topics that I would have liked to have covered on this course.

2.     What reading did you find most interesting and why?

The reading on geographically dispersed teams interested me the most because technology is evolving at a faster rate and within the next few years geographically dispersed teams would have been entirely adopted by most organizations.

3.     How has this course changed your perspective or outlook moving forward?

This course has changed my perspective of information technology moving forward. I have realized that it can be incorporated with any discipline in our daily activities including leadership and decision making.

4.     Any other topic of interest that you would like to add

The use of decision trees in decision making is another exciting topic that I would have liked to learn.
