Students- I think the most relevant opportunity is to make sure that there is transparent communication with the student population. This is through providing a syllabus, metrics for success, exams, as well as other assessment testing that may be provided to students.
Teachers- The administrators as well as the professionals that work in the University should be able to understand the benchmarks for the success. It is part of being able to understand how all of these elements work together as well as the expansion of materials and capital
Community- The community is part of the external stakeholders perspective. They have a significant investment in the success of the educational institution because these are the people that are going to take on a future leadership roles as well as aid changes.
BOG- Board of governors is an element of not only the foundation for education Station but also other executive decision making paradigms that should be focused upon. These are practices as well as systematic opportunities that will develop the basic expectation for success within the educational practice.
Feedback- The main way to be able to integrate feedback is to have reviews as well as surveys and use quantitative data to present to the presenting audience. These are elements that are important because they validate in the inclusion of data perspectives and the opportunities that are connected to them (Potter et al., 2016).
Visualization- Visualizing information is an important source of having quantitative data and providing elements of information. Therefore, the idea is to make sure that there is successful progression that incorporates these data, graphs and is easily relatable.
Technological approach- The technological aspects as well as presenting appropriate information would be to show visuals including graphs, survey responses, and tables in a PowerPoint format. The ideas to make sure that there is an incorporation of the data sets as well as a practice that allows people to be more successful in comparison to others.

Delivering the Data Effectively Using Technology
When most people look to visually report data, they look at this as the last step in the process while performing analytics and is regarded as less important. However, when collecting and analyzing data it is important to know whom the audience you are presenting it to and how the data will be utilized. With the influx of data in our daily lives it can be a challenge to interpret the data into a form to an audience that just has no knowledge of how the data was collected and analyzed (Marr, 2017).
Being the individual that has worked with the data from the start it is a necessary step to take a step back and look at the data from the perspective of your intended audience. We are the storytellers, we have to present the data in a way that not only makes it easy to understand, but compelling to the audience (Marr, 2017). Doing simple things like using color in our presentation. Visually we are programmed to be attracted to color. We should use action colors that bring the visual attention to the data we are emphasizing and utilize grey or black to information that we are not focusing on (Marr, 2017).
When planning how to present your data in a visual format it is important to utilize effective words, since in a visual presentation there typically isn’t, words that are chosen should be powerful, effective and relevant to the information being presented. Data provides for fulfilling our need for quantifiable information, but we need to communicate the data in a way that shows meaningful impact in what the end results are expected to be. We want to present our information in a way that people remember and find valuable is key to effective visualization and delivery to your intended audience (Marr, 2017).
The presentation of the information can be delivered in many ways. In our current world, programs such as PowerPoint can effectively deliver the message in a setting that is in a fixed location or at a distance. Presentation platforms have evolved to not only provide local, but remote access to the presentation. We are living in a society that works virtually and has become increasingly more dependent on technology. We depend on our mobile devices more than any other technology. We will have to include mobile, virtual and real-world experiences in our presentation to assure that we are delivering our message to as many stakeholders as possible.

Students
Students need to have effective information in relation to their courses, expectations and learning outcomes that explained in detail help to ensure success in the courses and the program. Course outlines, syllabi and related material both existing and updated to reflect the recommendations instituted should be provided to the students. Details regarding the benchmarks with other institutions should also be provided as well as sample assessment of program progression evaluations rubrics so the students understand how the changes to the program are being observed and assessed for continuous improvement approaches.
Faculty and Administration
Faculty and the Administration should be able to comprehend what benchmarks for successful program changes should be monitored. This will allow the program to evolve and the related materials utilized to be constantly updated as part of the continuous improvement approaches.
External
Employers
Employers are a crucial part of this process. We need to communicate to them that the program and the recommendations that we institute are providing for well-rounded and educated students that are ready to enter the workforce. Employers will want to know information that shows that our program provides and educates skills that are needed and effective in the current workplace environment and how will the program evolve to assure that it will adapt as business and workforce demands change.
Board of Governance
As the basis for assuring that a quality education is provided the Board of Governance makes decisions that affect how and what expectations are important to the educational process. Additionally the board determines the resources that are needed to assure that the recommendation instituted are underwritten to assure success in the changes. They also monitor and comment on the enrollment levels within the institution and the programs.
Integrating Feedback
We will need to address each area of feedback that the students provided. We want to assure that all parties involved comprehend that we have taken the feedback into account in the evaluation process and how we plan to institute changes to the program that includes this information. We have to empathize with the frustrations and hurdles students, faculty, administration and staff have had in the past and demonstrate that we hear and understand what they are telling us. This qualitative feedback is not about data or numbers, it is actual feelings expressed about the program. It is our responsibility to take this feedback and integrate into the changes that are being made and that we want to continue to receive feedback so that we can continuously hear what we have done well and not done well with so that we can adapt the program for the overall benefit of those involved.
