This week we are moving to Chapter 13 and it is really close to the end of this book. I still hold the idea that Iger is an outstanding person and has the firmness of purpose. This chapter discusses events related to the Fox acquisition. Acquiring large companies is always not an easy task, and each company has its own different situations. Even though Disney and Iger already have a lot of related experience, I still think this is a huge challenge. This time, I can see Iger make a new behavior style. That is, even if he is very interested in Fox's business, he really wants to establish a cooperative relationship with Fox immediately. But if the decision he makes is beyond the budget and will cause trouble to the company, he will still have the determination to abandon the project. But I want to say that Iger's confidence and confidence come from Disney. Disney has flourished during these times and has grown into a company with powerful resources and unlimited capabilities. In many cases, even if the conditions offered by Iger are not very generous, many companies will still reach a good cooperative relationship with Disney for convenience and resources. Iger's methods are still very decisive. He always knows what he wants, and then can clearly make the most advantageous choice, which actually needs to be learned. I think I will encounter a lot of this kind of thing in my work. If when I also encounter similar difficulties, I can follow Iger as a model.
