Since I read this book, I have always thought that Iger is a very suitable leader. Many times he can see long-term things, not just what happened in front of him. So during his tenure, the decisions he made were very powerful, and his achievements are obvious to all. The acquisitions of Marvel, Pixar and Loomis Pictures were all very wise decisions. So I also admire that he didn't think that the decision to buy has always been right. This plan to acquire Twitter is a change that Disney will make. Previous success cannot always mean that endless acquisitions can make the company better. Some of the problems after the acquisition of Twitter may also cause a greater blow to Disney. Because it belongs to a public platform, public opinion is a very difficult part to control. When Iger thinks this decision is not good, I really like his way to stand up in time to terminate the plan and explaining the reasons to everyone. This not only allows everyone's doubts to be answered but also allows people to better understand his behavior. Their new plan is also very good, creating a production department entirely owned by Disney. This has also taken a big step in the innovation part, not to mention that the department in your hands will be easier to operate. Iger has always been a man of bold style, and his decisions are often unexpected. I think that changing the entire company structure is an earth-shaking thing and requires a lot of energy and time to change. But without these innovations and advancements, the company will gradually be eliminated. In general, I still like Iger's style very much.
