I think this chapter gives me a little more understanding of the work of management. I really like the ability of Iger to quickly realize the point of things. This helps him improve efficiency and saves a lot of time. You know, when he gets the focus of his work, he doesn't save hours or days, which is enough to help him save years to improve. He'll have a better chance of improving than anyone else, which is something I think is necessary to learn. Through his previous experience, the company can convince him that he is a good learner. He also needs to prove once again that he will not make the mistakes Michael made but will lead the company to a new future. In the book, Scott asks Iger to make his priorities clear, and I think a lot of people, including me, will make Iger's mistake. Because too anxious, want to prove that they are capable of solving the problem, so put forward a lot of options. But these things are too many, people will not find the focus, do not know what should be implemented first. Iger reflected and set out three priorities, which did help Disney in the future. In our work, I think it's also important to prioritize your work so that you have a clear plan of what you need to do. This kind of work experience is well worth learning. I still see a lot of difficulties in this chapter, but better than the previous chapter. Look forward to the next chapter of Iger's action.
