After watching these videos, I was moved by the advanced theories of these companies. I know that many companies are making efforts for environmental protection, but when it is actually implemented, it is still relatively difficult to achieve. Because just considering things like cost, marketing, and planning is already something that a company has to work hard to run. On top of this, it is even more commendable to consider how to make product development more environmentally friendly and sustainable. What I want to do is a sustainable fabric. Sustainable fabrics mainly refer to fabrics that are recyclable, degradable after use, and are transparent in the supply chain. They put less pressure on the environment during the manufacturing process and have low environmental pollution, durable, and recyclable fabrics. It is very similar to the textile industry that first appeared in the video. They successfully cooperated with chemists to make their textiles decomposable and non-toxic. My product will focus on telling people that our philosophy is for environmental protection. The fabrics we use are all materials that are conducive to the absorption and decomposition of the earth, such as organic cotton. When customers purchase our products, we will also remind customers that this clothing is conducive to recycling. When they are tired of wearing or want to buy new clothes, old clothes can also be tracked through blockchain technology to achieve transparency in recycling. I would hope that my company is a building full of vitality like Herman Miller. With enough sunshine and green plants, I believe this corporate culture can also affect employees. From the experience of Herman Miller, the enthusiasm of the employees has indeed increased, and they will more agree with the concept of protecting the environment.
