When dealing with negative comments online you need to respond quickly and anticipate readers reactions, so you can quell them with your response. Here, you have competing audiences and purposes. We want to appease the individual customer, disprove any negative feedback, praise positive feedback, and promote the business. Promoting the business is the primary purpose here though.

Online readers won't give you much attention, so you have to be extra precise. It's not a good idea to provide the same generic response for all comments. You want to sound natural rather than overly formal.
