The education sector is forever revolving, especially after post Covid-19. The "new normal" following the pandemic is allowing students and leaders to have a growth mindset regardless to how students learn--both in the classroom and online. In allowing this, a new light of emerging opportunities are able to be rethought and become the new normal (Olivier, 2020). With that being said, another key element to consider when planning a change are involving all the stakeholders that would be involved in the change being open, effective, and consistent on communication. Change needs to be considered starting with students and teachers. Collaborating through surveys and bringing the recommended suggestions to their administrators would be a way to vast the change.

Encouraging and influencing education practice through distance learning is another key element that continues in the education sector. It has become a great resource for all grade levels, including higher education and the option to obtain and keep both as options, defining the evolution of education. One last thing I would propose when planning a vast change following the pandemic is ensuring assessments for students stay valid, reliable, and current. One of the threats of assessments is reliability, as qualitative assessments are expected to be a new practice and considered the new normal (Nitko & Brookhart, 2014).

To continue progressive schools districts, all stakeholders must be on board to implement change starting with a plan and managing short and long terms goals to ensure the plan gets met.
