In the workplace, quantative research can be used in the research of how many patients are being treated with chemotherapy to make sure there is enough supply of chemotherapy. Qualitative is used when we provide a survey to the patient to endicate how well the patient felt about the visit and the care provided. In the medical field, the medical staff tends to offer quality of care, instead of quantity of how many patients are seen that day.
