Write about Jackson Pollock’s Convergence Paintign and William Van Allen - Chrysler Building. Answer both of these questions in your response:

-How does this work conform to the values and historical context of its style? -How might this work echo issues still relevant in the present day, today?

Be sure to focus on just one artwork as your example, placing it within its own style and historic context, as well as relating it to contemporary issues in the world today.
