Class, Professor, The three topics of the mandatory section in Chapter 1 to crystalize my research topic are Statement of Problem, Conceptual Framework, and Significance of the Study. One of these has been addressed but needs quite some work to be finalized; the other two will present a more significant challenge as they have not been addressed yet. The addended topic to be strengthened is the Statement of the Problem. The reason for me to include these topics in the discussion is because it appears to me as more of the essential pieces of the puzzle. Frankly, in my opinion, these three topics are the most difficult to be completed in chapter one as it lays out the entire existence and purpose of my study. The conceptional framework has not been addressed yet. Even though tying the literature review into my study seems like an easy task, my topic has been involved, and I found readings that started taking me down additional paths. Understanding where my research fits into all of the existing literature is hard to identify. My intent and the current state sees it within the organizational effectiveness theory. Lastly, the Significance of the study, similar to the Significance of the Study, appears to be a hard one for me to articulate. The most challenging topic for me is a combination of Conceptional Framework and the current state of research in the individual subject areas. Subsequently, connections in the literature have to be shown, research gaps have to be identified, and my research has to be placed into the literature discussion of the conceptual and theoretical area. Based on the research status, my research question then needs to be developed argumentatively. Theoretical assumptions and principles, perspectives, and important issues will be addressed in this section. To be able to show the reasons for which the research topic "How to resolve the delay in project execution in the matrix structured Naval Base Kitsap Fleet and Family Readiness organization?" has developed, I will address a possible connection between leadership styles, organizational culture, organizational structure, and organizational effectiveness. To do so, I will reflect on research literature, which addressed organizational effectiveness through these themes, and I will present them in Conceptional Framework. Tying all the topics together will build the abstract for the Conceptional Framework and show the status of knowledge and familiarity with the topic. Lastly, a graphical representation of the concept will be provided to elaborate on the framework.
